At Nilea Beauty, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

To start a return, please contact us at afolabiseguna6@gmail.com with your order details. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
